Error: D1 / Glutamate interaction

Error: "decrease" should be "increase".

"I have become interested in a drug called Caplyta (lumateperone). It is used as an antipsychotic, but acts to INCREASE glutamate activity."

Sorry.

Blocking D1 receptors results in the stimulation of glutamatergic tracts.

In addition, lumateperone is being studied as a treatment for bipolar depression.

I dream of things that never were and ask why not.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
