From what I recall, Rexulti is brexpiprazole, which is similar to aripiprazole (Abilify) and cariprazine (Reagila). I have experience with both, in bipolar (looking more like unipolar) depression. I don't recall any benefit from aripiprazole, but it seemed to disturb accomodation (focussing with the eyes). Cariprazine at first seemed slightly activating at 1.5 mg; 3 mg was not better, but possibly worse.
