sleep mask

Hey, my sleep mask is improving my sleep! Just wanted to share this success with anyone with poor sleep. I found a comfortable one online (amazon) that doesn't press on my eyes nor touch my eyelashes.

There are less night awakenings, and I can sleep in past dawn. Funny, when I do get up to use the bathroom, I forget the mask is on and cast about in the pitch black.
