Some people are saying that it is the refugees lighting the fires. They became notorious here when it was perceived that they were the reason for long waiting times in public hospitals and traffic jams in Western Sydney. So only a short space from there to lighting all these fires.
The public hospitals and traffic jams comes from a Liberal MP. The refugees lighting fires is from the man up the road. Not very reassuring. Imagine when there is real pressure on people, not that there isn't now, but there wasn't real pressure to blame the refugees for traffic jams and hospital waiting lines. Sudanese youth gangs? Wearing hoodies!
I have a good excuse to stay inside all day. People say I should lay wet towels at the foot of the door (cancer?!) What an intellectual disgrace.
