Just an update after having been on the roller coaster for a while.
The combo that's working for me is 75mg Zoloft, 5mg Ritalin 4-5 times a day, .5 Clonazepam early AM, .5 sometime during the day, and .5 pm.
I haven't felt this good in a long time. Joined a yoga class, been riding the bike and walking on treadmill but still sometimes have to nudge myself. I try to go with the flow...if I fell like crap, I don't push myself or make myself crazy.
Still isolate quite a bit but think I'm fairly happy alone. I'd rather be alone than in a problem relationship any day! I seem to have a not so unique problem of picking 'problems'. If we attract what we are then I guess I still have a little work to do!
I think I'll just get a cat. Thanks for listening...Phil

> Glad to hear of anyone doing well with depression! I've been despairing myself the last nine months that I would ever feel like myself again, but I think the doc finally hit on something. I just started this combo last week, and I feel better already, with practically no side effects!!! I'm taking 100 mg Wellbutrin SR and supplementing that with my usual dosage of .5 ativan am and 1.5 for sleep. I'm feeling like I may not need the ativan in the morning anymore, but I'll wait and see. Anyway, hope to you and to me!
