PROBLEMS WITH PROZAC PART TWO

HELLO, AND THANKS FOR THE MESSAGES MAKES ME FEEL BETTER, SO FAR AM ON MY FIFTH DAY OF 30 MILS OF PROZAC, STILL FEEL ANXIOUS, MOSTLY IN MORNING AND LATE AFTERNOON, I TAKE PROZAC FIRST THING IN MORNING, WHEN I FIRST WAKE UP I FEEL ANXIOUS, WILL THIS NERVOUS ANXIOUS FEELING GO AWAY. SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING MY MIND, BUT AM MANAGING, I SEEM TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT, THINK DOC INCREASED IT CAUSE THOUGHT I WAS HAVING PANIC ATTACKS, AND DID HAVE A FEW PANIC ATTACKS, HAVEN'T HAD ANY SINCE.

You can lessen the side effects by taking multiple doses during the day instead of all at once. To do that, empty the contents of Prozac capsules into water or juice. Stir well. Not much taste. Cranberry juice + prozac = Cranzac. :)

Then sip it throughout the day. Or, for example, drink a third of the glass in a.m., a third a lunch, a third later. Something like that. Whatever works. Multiple small doses often give milder side effects than one big dose. JohnL
