I take Effexor XR and Wellbutrin. I haven't had any troubles with it, but it doesn't work as well as I'd like.

Effexor XR 300 mg per day
Wellbutrin SR 200 mg per dayMy doc wanted me at 300 for Wellbutrin, but I could never remember to take the afternoon dose.

Has anyone had any sexual difficulties/difficulty coming to orgasm with effexor? And, has anyone taken effexor and wellbutrin together to counteract the sexual problems with effexor? Has anyone found any way to counteract the sexual difficulties with effexor?

I was taking both but ended up withdrawing from effexor because I was having lack of sexual desire as well as lack of feelings. I found I didn't look forward to anything. Effexor withdrawal was not good for me. Sever side effects (look up effexor withdrawal) but now just on Wellbutrin am starting to feel again (also cry more readily) and look forward to things and my sexual desire seems to be coming back. Hope this helsp.
