I've been reading the ivillage prozac board where several people tout taking sarafem for a month to get it in the system; then, they take it only the week before their periods. Does anyone here do that with any success? I must say that my sarafem just kicked in and I'm feeling so good that I hate to tamper with success, but I'd also like to prevent poop-out and weight gain and was thinking this dosing method might be the way to go.
