On 30mg Celexa since February and.....

I've been taking 30mg Celexa since February. I have been getting the tingly feeling in my chest upper arms and face.(three days) And sometimes I even get that pre-panic feeling oh no something is terribly awful wrong- something bad is goin to happen - thats as far as it goes though - no tears thank god. What do you think-
Should I up my dose? Change meds? Wait till it passes?
My biggest side effects complaints are (3.sedation, (1.over eating and (2.anorgasma.
I have tried Paxil and Zoloft what else is left?
