Here r what the letters on your prescription mean

sig - how it is to be administered
ac - before meals
bid - twice a day
gt - drop
hs - at bedtime
od - right eye
os - left eye
po - by mouth
pc - after meals
prn - as needed
q3h - every 3 hours
qd - every day
qid - 4 times a day
tid - 3 times a day
