My severe depression was caused by a drug called accutane. Anyhow I just remembered something which I noticed a few weeks ago and earlier. During the worst times of my depression the sides of my head would be very very warm. In the area where one's sideburns would be. I would feel it very warm on my pillow. Has anyone else experienced something like this with severe depression? I haven't felt this in a few weeks but it really makes me wonder what is going on inside my head. I wouldn't notice this 'heat' anywhere else except the area where my sideburns are right beside my ears. Does anyone know how this could relate to my depression? I forgot to mention this to my therapist. I will the next time I see her.

Have you started taking any vitamins or mineral supplements? I've heard that Niacin and Magnesium can cause facial flushing and warm head.
