Excellent link for panic and anxiety disorders

I've found this comprehensive look at panic and it's treatment to be revelatory for me personally. I hope that others can find use in it.

Wonder what comments others have about its contents?

As one who can relate, this is an EXCELLENT site, Alan. Thanks for posting it. I have a feeling I'll be going back and forth to it quite often, as the one part of my mixed bag of symptoms that pdoc and I have not "mastered" is the anxiety and panic stuff. Thanks again for the link.

Another excellent link I just found is for somewhat the same:

I hope people with anxiety disorders find this helpful.

Try : http://www.anxieties.com

There's lots of DIY CBT for every anxiety disorder. This guy pushes his book an awful lot but pretty much all of it is on the webside so I don't know why he bothers. He doesn't seem too quacky IMO. It might be a useful add-on thing for those who don't have access to actual psychotherapy for monetary reasons or else.
