I currently take 225 mg of Effexor XR, which works wonderfully by the way. I do however have some sexual side effects. My doc tried to augment with Celexa...WHAT A NIGHTMARE...I ended up in the ER.
I was wondering if Wellbutrin Sr 150 mg would be safe to add, or maybe 150mg 2x a day!
Help...

i recently added wellbutrin to my mix of concerta & effexor... it's been terrible BUT i don't know for sure which is the culprit... i am tapering off the effexor thinking it might help
BTW, i experienced anorgasmia at 150mg effexor & above... just tapering to 112.5 helped so you might consider a slow taper down on the effexor to see if you can still get benefits but also have orgasms
