Has anyone had experience with that combination or any similar combination of Proazac and a Noradrenaline type. Prozac has been helpful for what it does, but I need something with an "activating/enrgizing" effect.

You might get that same effect with Wellbutrin, Effexor, or Desipramine

I would second what SalArmy4Me mentioned, definitely EffexorXR (it's got me soooo activated, too much so) or Wellbutrin (I hear and read nothing but how this med is activating, but can be to the point of generating agitation and/or anxiety).

Sure, you can combine these. I've seen clinical trials where they did that. Honestly though, I can't recall anyone yet who tried Reboxetine that liked it. On the other hand, another NE drug that has worked well for a lot of people is Adrafinil. It's a smoother gentler stimulant that combines nicely with Prozac.
