I heard that it's used for ADD, but is an anti-depressant, so I'm wondering if anyone out there has heard of it, might be taking it, and could relate their experience with it. Thanks!

Its weaker than methylphenidate or dextroamphetamine but stronger than buproprion. I don't believe it has any antidepressant properties. I tried it once and didn't get anything from it.

I have no clue what methylphenidate, dextroamphetamine, or buproprion are, but I did find out that Cylert might be some kind of amphetimine.
I did not find any lit on the Net describing Cylert as an anti-depressant; a friend with ADD who's on it had said it was an a-d, but I now think she is mistaken.
This is the end of the thread.
