Sore Throat from Quitting Prozac?

I have been taking Prozac 20mg/day for about 6 weeks.

The insomnia was intolerable, and my PDoc suggested I reduce the Prozac dosage to 20 mg/every other day.

After a week or two at this reduced dosage, I got this really bad sore throat with swolen glands in my neck.

I waited a few days, it did not go away. I thought it might be the reduced Prozac levels, so I went back to 20mg/day. It gradually reduced and went away over a few days.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ever got a sore throat from discontinuing or reducing Prozac or other SSRIs.
