What drug is doxepin related to besides the tricyclics as a whole? Nortriptyline? Clomipramine?

Same sedative as Remeron or Clozaril.

None of them. Its core "tricyclic" structure is unique among the TCAs in that it has an oxygen, but no nitrogens, in the middle ring.
It's a tertiary amine, like imipramine and amitriptyline.
