Does anybody have problems with Remeron leaving their system to early before the next doseage? I recently switched meds from Serzone to Remeron 30 mg.. Around 4 o clock I turn into a basket case, but if I take the Remeron during the day I feel like a walking Zombie!
I have only been on it for a few days and would liek to give it a chance. If I take it at night I don't feel to tired in the morning, but how do I get through the agitated stage I get at 4:00 o clock without taking it earlier?! Help!!!

Help!!!If you are one of the *lucky few* who doesn't complain about being tired in the morning you might try cutting the dose in half to 15mg (it is supposed to be more sedative).
