Just pondering whether there is any withdrawal from these... I take mine 3 times a day t the moment (2.5mg each time)... Having problems getting to the doctors for a prescription (4 week wait just to see a GP, so have to go before surgery when all the junkies are getting their methadone and stuff and it really freaks me out!)
Anyway, thanks for any info
Nikki

nikki....I posted the same question a while back. Didn't get many responses. I called a pharmicist and asked him. He said that there shouln't be any problem with just stopping the drug, however, he did say it was a relatively new drug and it is always best to taper off any drug. He suggested that I taper off at 2.5mgs every three days, just to be safe. I would really try to speak with your doctor before you do anything with this drug. If you cannot get ahold of your doc, call several pharmicists and get their take on how you should handle it. The phamicist I spoke with spent 10 minutes talking to me about the drug and why I was taking it and how to withdraw from it.

Nikki,
Please call your doctor's office and ask if you can have enough "sample" meds to tide you over.
Explain you are in a jam or whatever in order for them to understand your need for the samples.Best of luck,
Robin
