Celexa tiredness - will it wear off???

I have been taking 20mg Celexa for the past 4 weeks and I am so tired (day and night). I was wondering if after 4 weeks this effect may still wear off? Thanks for any resonses.

Hi Margit,

It may wear off. But four weeks have gone by.
Hmm. Is your depression improved? Would you be
willing to trade off the time you invested in
Celexa to switch to Zoloft (which is very unlikely
to make you tired, probably insomnia if anything).
Prozac is another stimulating SSRI.

Effexor and Wellbutrin are other meds not-likely
to make you tired. You can add low dose
Wellbutrin to the Celexa to help with the tiredness
if you don't want to bail on Celexa.
