hi,new to the group,i've been on ad's for the past15 years.doc says i have atypical depression,gad and minor ocd. i was on anafranil 200md and rivotril 0.5 tid. the last 2 years i started experiencing "hypoglycemia type" feelings. doc said to try ssri's so away i went. luvox for 5 months,great for anxiety but chronic fatigue. switched to paxil,felt pretty good but nausea would not subside after 6 months. switched to zoloftand felt extremely aggitated and my anxiety began to increase.doc then put me on celexa 30mg\day and i tolerated very well but after 2nd month i started to feel my depression setting in with occasional suicidal thoughts-very disturbing.doc put me on effexor xr-150mg 4months ago and i felt better than i have in 20 yrs!!! last month i began feeling fatigued so he increased to 225mg/day.my energy began to return but i also became easily agitated once again-i described it as my zoloft feeling.doc said to try taking my rivotril 1mg/tid but i'm not doing to great at the moment. doc now wants to lower effexor to 150/mgday and add 10mg of celexa and stop the rivotril. i would appreciate any comments on this combo. sorry if i seemed to ramble on and on but i am a virgin babbler! thanks
