Dear Dr. Kramer;
I have no energy or desire or motivation to do anything. Even the normal daily things like showering are such a chore for me and most days I don't even bother. I am currently on Remeron 30 mg, Nozinan .25 x 2/day and Clonazepam .50 x 2/day. This combination of drug has really lifted my depression and I am no longer suicidal, etc. My only concern is the lack of energy I have. Is there a med that can help with this? I would love to wake up in the morning and feel like getting up instead of dragging myself out of bed to just go lay back down on the sofa. I keep telling my pdoc this but he doesn't seem to hear me so doesn't offer any suggestions. Any you have would be greatly appreciated.

You sound oversedated. Either cut back/switch on sedating drugs like remeron or more likely Clonazepam (I must confess I don't know what Nozinan is), or add some activating/stimulating drugs. If you feel like your pdoc isn't listening, get a consultation.
This is the end of the thread.
