What are your experience about SAM-e?
Did you find it effective like others AD?
Which difference between?
What dosage did you find adequate for oral use?
Any comments?

I like it. It works.
It's generally well tolerated. It's a little activating, and make some folks insomnic and anxious, but not usually.
It usually requires 12-1600mg/d for a complete effect.
The only problem is that it's expensive, even more than most prescription drugs.
