Parnate - discontinuing

I have decided to stop using Parnate as I have seen no improvement
after 4 weeks. Also, i am tired of the side effects - insomnia, being severly bunged up (yuck sorry)
and irritability.
How can I discontinue from taking 10mg three times a day. Today I went from 30 to 10 and am hoping
thats not a drastic cut
