and biological psychiatry;

I took my lithium last night (some may
remember my little experiment of skipping
a third to see if i would feel better, have
less diarrhea, etc.) and I slept like a baby.

I feel like that guy in the VIAGRA commercial
and I didn't even have any sex, LOL

I should confess though that skipping one third
for that day, did lessen the diarrhea, so li
is a contributing factor at least to that.

But the price of that to the mental and emotional
stability and happiness, is worth it - maybe
i can change my diet a bit or something;
