Brain Facts

Posted by IsoM on August 28, 2002, at 0:31:53

It just occurred to me that a site that I like to check out & read regularly (Society For Neuroscience) has a downloadable 52-page primer about the brain & nervous system for beginners to learn how our brain works, that may be appreciated by some. It's free but Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to download it. But you can get that free from the internet too, if you don't already have it. Total size of primer is 808 KB.

Hi Iso,

Thank you so much for your link to the 'brainfacts.pdf' primer: very nice reading indeed!
I take the opportunity to congratulate you for your most 'equilibrated', sensitive and always very informative posts on PB. I'm an 'unfailing' reader of yours and learn a lot from your wtitings. Of course you need not my 'advertising', but I just had got to tell you how much I appreciate your calm, reliable and witty interventions.

Yours always,
Iago

IsoM,

Thanks for that .pdf link! The layout designer for that article should definitely get an A.
