i have been on 75mg effexor daily for about 2 months now. my anxiety has decreased but my brain is so fuzzy i can't think straight. the only thing i want to do is sleep because it's so frustrating to try and work, socialize, etc.
any suggestions?

-----------------When I was on 150mg, the only thing that seemed to help was vigorous exercise. Not even really any kind of regimented ordeal, just running intensely for a while. It also sort of helped to take it a few hours before going to bed. That way, the maximum fuzziness occurred when I was alseep.
