I have GAD and been on Lexapro for almost 3 months. I have been at 20 mg for the last 4 weeks. Lexapro has been helping but I feel I am only at about 70-80 percent coverage for my anxiety problems. Wondering if anyone has gone up to 30 mg? Has it helped you? Thanks.

I have not gone above 20, but if you do, please let me/us know how it works on your anxiety. I started at 10, went to 15, then up to 20, and although I get incremental increases in anxiety coverage each time I bump it up, it still is not doing the job completely on the anxiety (although I think it is a MIRACLE drug for depression), and I still need a low dose of Xanax most days of the week. I'm getting frustrated! I'm going to see my Dr this week to talk about it. I've been on Lexapro for about 10 weeks now.
Good luck!
