I had been taking antidepressants for six years without a problem until I was advised to combine Remeron and Effexor, which I discontinued due to a severe headache side effect. Since then I have has immediate and extreme reactions to any medication I have taken, together with extreme headache side effects. A single dose of any drug now has the same effect on me as a full dose should have if taken for a month. Combining Remeron and Effexor was, without doubt, the biggest mistake of my life.

Hi, I am curious why your doctor combined the two. Why wouldnt he do something safer like remeron with wellbutrin?I cant imagine how I'd have felt taking both...wow..How long have you been off both?
