May the year ahead involve plenty of glutamate, gaba, dopamine, norepenephrine and serotonin,
and may you experience much stimulation of your nucleus accumbens, globus pallidus and septal nuclei!;)

May they discover ONE drug that does it all and lets us have the "big O" (and have a good night's sleep afterwards!) without a ton of work!!

Not that I'm an optimist anymore, but if anything will have a big impact, most likely it will be Pregablin, which is the replacer to Neurontin as that drug goes generic this year. Apparently it's going to have a more sensible dosing schedule at the very least, even if it's not more than a Neurontin replacer with a $10 co-pay for being a brand. Those off-label on Neurontin know what I'm talking about- one day 400 starting out without being use to it is too much, some other day 1600 makes no effect.
This is the end of the thread.
