Last week I started new fish oil capsules, they caused me some sleep problems at first from taking them in the afternoon, I think that they are making me more depressed, Im not sure its definitely because of them, but since starting them Ive been feeling rather moody and depressed, is it all in my mind or is this a possibility? anyone?

They cause me to have strange reaction.
They make the world very interesting,
real, large, colorful etc. But for me
it tends to make things darker, more serious
and more emotional. Kind of a weighed down
feeling. Mind you, I am probably not in
the best state to make jugement.Linkadge

> LinkadgeWow thats how they make me feel, I think! well I wake up and everything seems ok, then after taking the capsule, everything goes downhill towards the evening, but saying that I have always been ok in the mornings and get worse at night, I guess I will just have to stop and see if it makes a difference.... thanks you!!
