Need help finding TMS off-label in AZ

I'm looking for doctors who will use TMS off-label to
treat my chronic, drug-resistant, depression.
Is there a list somewhere or anyone know of any doctors in the USA?

Hey, Abby. Why would it have to be off-label? Is it not approved for depression?

It is my understanding that it isn't approved for anything and a person can only get treatment via off label or in a study.
