Does anyone knows if there is a mood stabilizer which does not stimulate 5 HT ??
(i'm bipolar II and i tried lamotrigine and lithium, which are making me more depressed due to their 5HT activity)
Thank you

The anticonvulsant Trileptal might be a good alternative. It only appears to act on sodium channels. When I tried it, it didn't feel the least bit "serotonergic".
