over 200mg of Topomax

Does anybody take over 200 mg of Topomax a day?
I am having manic symptoms and I take 200 mg of Topomax a day. I take 100mg in the a.m. and 100mg in the p.m. However, I also take 300 mg of Effexor. I'm wondering if I need more Topomax or less Effexor. Anyone out there have some advise? I can't have this agitation and uncontrolled spending and anger going on forever. I'm calling my doc tomorrow.
