Since moclobemide is a reversible MAO-A inhibitor and selegiline is a reversible MAO-B inhibitor(at low doses), is it possible to take them together as long as you don't go above 10mg/d on the latter? And does it make any sense to do so?

I don't know the answer to your question, but selegiline is an irreversible MAOI.
