I've heard a lot of negatives about sides...teeth grinding, sexual etc...Has anyone had an unqualified sucess with Lexapro? Especially anyone who has tried other ssri's...Zoloft, Prozac, first?
Also, anyone who used Celexa before switching to Lexapro and had better results with the Lex?
I've heard many anecdotal reports that Lex doesn't work as well for those who have already been on Celexa.
Just interested in hearing something positive. Afterall, someone must be getting better, or why are we taking these drugs?

In reply to Lexapro success stories?, posted by Atlantsi on August 27, 2003, at 22:15:50
Hi:-)All I can say here is that I've been on every SSRI out there except Zoloft and Lexapro is doing great for me. I'm on my 4th week and so far so good. Nothing I haven't been able to handle and/or find solutions to side effect-wise.
I've been on Celexa before but I don't remember feeling as good as I do on Lexapro right now-that could change-who knows.
Yep-I feel like I'm getting better, and I need medication at this time in my life, I've tried going *without* and nope can't do it yet, hopefully some day I can.
