Hi
I have agoraphobia and have been working up my hierarchy. The only problem is that the exposure therapy I've been doing is during the weekend - and I need to take 3 mg klonopin in the morning to do the stuff near the top. (This usually means a 2 hour nap in the afternoon). I don't take anything at night when I do this. (During the week I take 1.5mg twice a day - it's all I need). My Doc wants me to split it - so I have a constant amount in my bloodstream - which makes sense to me.
So I'm wondering - if I took 2mg in the morning and 2 mg at night - would this give me the same benefit during the day of taking just 3mg in the morning?
Any advice appreciated
Jackie

That doesn't do any good. Take just enough medication so that you are able to accomplish the task. It should still be very difficult and painful. When you can finally do it without Klonopin, then you will really be getting places.
