Has anyone started using Ritalin, instead of Adderall (which by the way worked great for me) for depression (dysthymia) + ADD and had good results? I'm afraid that Ritalin won't be as much of help as Adderall (I don't know why, just intuition maybe, but that's why im asking;). oh and the reason of me switching the drugs is that I will live for next few months in a country where adderall is banned and ritalin is not. I appreciate your experiences.

I switched from Adderall to Ritalin for ADD. Adderall did nothing for me but make me dingy and disoriented somewhat. I'm on week 2 or ritalin and it doesn't make me dingy, but not sure yet if it works for my ADD. I may just be resistant.

For me, Adderall worked better than Ritalin.
