Does anyone else take propranolol (a beta blocker)? I think it's great when I'm having a really bad day and it really makes me feel better, though a bit zombie like. Does anyone know if it has some lingering side effects or it's bad for me to take?

I take it as a migraine preventative. It has no benefit for me as a bad day boost though. It's more of a long-term benefit. I see no short term benefit when taken sporadically. It does seem to slow me down a bit, for example, when I forget a day, I have more energy. I think people use it for a high blood pressure med also.
