Lofepramine any experience? Will it work for ADD?

I've heard that Desipramine can work for ADD, but its not available in UK.
Would Lofepramine work instead?

Lofepramine is what is called a prodrug, that is, a drug precursor. Its major metabolite is desipramine, so this would accomplish essentially the same thing as taking desipramine directly. I found desipramine had some utility for my ADD symptoms and was one of the more tolerable meds I've tried. Of course, YMMV.

It very difficult to get experience on lofepramine because its not available in the US or Cannada. I really wonder if its worth trying or not.

I'm mainly anxious and depressed at the moment.
