Only in that it makes me feel relieved when the migraine pain is gone. For me it feels like a chain mail has been lifted, so I guess it crosses over to my mood. It's hard to smile with an ice pick going through your head. Sometimes the relief is so marked, I feel smarter in addition to being happier. Like my brain was too busy fending off pain to work very well.
I have been getting way too many migraines lately. Do you know anything you could tell me about the dangers of taking this med too frequently? Aside from the damage to your wallet?

Never found Imitrex to improve my mood other than to help make me functional by alleviating migraine.
