Has anyone tried such combo? I know it is contraindicated, but some of contraindications are exaggerated.

It is indeed a nonsense contraindication. I have been on relatively high doses of Parnate (90mg) while also taking concerta (as well as ritalin and dexadrine at other times).
I didn't like it b/c I don't like concerta and other stimulating meds, but there is no danger in the combo.

You are so right about the exaggerating.
