Bipolar disorder....
Out of curiosity, what doses of the above drugs do people (you!) find necessary for....
a) treatment of an acute manic or mixed episode
b) prophylaxis of mania in the long termEd.

For me, i take 1000mgs of Epilim (depakote) a day and I know this is on the lower end (i know people that take over 2000mgs) my blood levels are quite high so i guess its an individual thing.

>I don't have acute episodes that are too disruptive because I chronically take antimanic compounds. I've found that 375mg of Depakote is capable of keeping me stable as long as no offending substances are involved.
