I just read an article in Psychology Today which suggests that dreams originate from Dopamine. Any thoughts on this? Fondly, Phillipa

I know when I used a little adderall one day as a sleep aid, i had some really vivid dreams... dumb idea anyways.

Dopamine has someting to do with dreams, but I'm sure there are other chemicals involved.

If this is true what would explain the increase in dreams when discontinuing a non dopamine AD?

I don't know. But, since I stopped .5mg of xanax at night I've really started to dream. Added 5mg of valium though, so I wouldn't think it would matter. Fondly, Phillipa
