I find Klonopin quite good to combat anxiety. I have used it during stressfull days but not more than 4 days (1.75 daily). Does somebody have memory/concentration problems after longterm use? And in this four days i have recognised some erection, libido problems but I am not sure if its the Klonopin (It's always diffult if it is the drug or not...) After four days I had some very minor balancing problems not in bike riding but in standing before a red traffic light with my bike...
I have felt as I would be heavier (muscle relaxation), this would not be a bad side effects because if you're nervous you would rather be a heavy stone than somebody jumping on the the roof.Do you agree?
Thanks for your experience and trying to answer the questions.
Regards

I haven't noticed any movement/vertigo such things but I'm on a low dose. I take approximately .5 a day and sometimes not even that much.
NOW.. the memory thing, I have noticed. I have actually walked into my bathroom to touch my toothbrush to see if it's wet or not just so I can know if I brushed my teeth.. ha ha.
So yeah, I'm with ya on the memory thing.. I just thought my children were causing it. lol

I've been taking Klonopin on a daily basis for about a year now. I've haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary, but I am only taking .5 mgs in the evening.
I can see where taking more, especially during the day might make you a little less motivated or "heavy" feeling.

I don't think klonopin has helped my memory (1 mg daily for a year and a half). I have little libido (but then I'm celibate through circumstance, severe social phobia, which kills libido anyway). I don't think klonopin aggravates depression, in my case at least. It's helped me a lot. It's strange to say that when I consider myself barely functional, but I have unrelenting problems and I don't have a baseline to compare my present state with because i have been depressed/anxious/exhausted since at least the age of five. My present state is actually better than it's ever been, though I feel awful at the moment. I took an extra .5 mg klonopin to deal with it. Not the best solution, but there isn't one.
