SSRI antidepressants are purported to increase BDNF expression in the hippocampus. I am wondering which receptor(s) are responsable for this. (Cause I read somewhere that 2a activation actually lowered BDNF in hippocampus, and olanzapine proected against this decrease via 2a blockade)
