Hi, I started on it about a month ago. 37.5 mg for a week then up to 75mg. Prior to using Effexor I was experiencing killer headaches, increased anxiety and phobias and probably just starting to 'lose it.' Once starting Effexor I began to steadily 'level out' headaches are gone, and have experienced several very claustrophobic situations without freaking out! It's working and after about a month I'd say I'm presently about 90%+ "normal"
