I'm back to my old combo of Eff 75mg and Wellbutrin. I love the 150XL, but needed something a little stronger to combat the Effexor side effects. I tried the Well 100mg SR 2x a day. I am so shaky. I can't keep my hands steady.
I tried the 200SR and it is good, but looses steam by afternoon.
I also tried the 300 XL (knocked me out).
Will the shakes go away? I don't remember having this reaction before with the combo.
Any suggestions?

I was a bit shaky on either med alone.
I always revert back to the beta blocker solution, a.k.a. inderal, toprol, lopressor
