Well I am back... Ok I work up this morning and I was totally not hot but I was sweating. And this evening I am a comfortable temp. but my feet are cold (and I have socks on). Is this a side effect maybe or am I paying too close attention????

I started taking Topamax in January, and I seem to remember that it did make my feet cold. Also, I am in Florida, so my head is usually pretty warm anyways.
Both ends are relatively normal now, even after some dosage adjustments. If you can hang in there, I think you'll find the symptoms will ease up.
