Hi again,
it seems that B12 and folate are very good at making Parnate even more powerful. I took B complex before(unfortunately it did not contain B12 and folate) without any effects.
I take 1mg of folate and 10mg of B12. By the way, I have quite high homocysteine level - 9,6umol/L

Yes, I had noticed this too.
folic acid and b12 can potentiate many AD's.

Really? I have a high or top of the normal range of Bl2. So I guess this is good? Fondly, Phillipa

Probably it works for some, not for me. Everyone is different.
